CHAGEE Singapore Locations List - What Makes This Tea Chain Unique? | STORE GUIDE
First opened in 2020, Chagee Singapore operated under a local management. Even though its debut coincided with the pandemic, the brand still managed to do well. However, the brand suddenly ceased operations in January 2024. All former stores later reopened as Amps Tea.
After months of absence, the chinese tea chain returns with first outlet at Orchard Gateway in August 2024. Unlike the old concept (grab & go), Chagee revamped its image with premium identity and tea bar experience.
This positioning is characterized by its modern and distinctive store design. Chagee outlets usually features open layout, gold accents, and bright lighting to lure customers in.

To differentiate itself, Chagee (霸王茶姬) emphasizes its menu on genuine milk tea flavor, not just drinks with small amount of tea flavor. But yes, Chagee also offers newcomers with sweet beverages, including Snowy Cap Tea, and Caramel Da Hong Pao Tea Frappe.
Chagee also utilizes online app purchases to drive sales and customers loyalty (repeating orders). When customers collect enough amount of tea leaves a.k.a. points, they can trade it with product coupons or discounts.
